We pack and ship all orders from Lavenham, Suffolk. Every parcel is sent with care, using minimal, recyclable packaging.

Processing Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. During busy periods or for small‑batch restocks, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

UK Shipping
We ship across the UK using Royal Mail. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and service.

Local Collection
If you’re local to Lavenham, you’re welcome to choose free collection at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready.

International Shipping
At the moment we only ship within the UK. If this changes, we’ll update this page.
